Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy only governs information you provide to KMS Technology, Inc. (“we” or “us”) via www.sprynkl.io (the “Site”) as well as the Sprynkl apps and related services (“Offerings”) available from the Site. However, this Privacy Policy does not govern other Web sites or any other data collection, disclosure or usage practices, off-line or otherwise.

Our Site and Offerings
Our Site is generally available to the public. Our Offerings are provided subject to terms of service and other terms and conditions. Our Offerings are intended for team engagement, collaboration and support for the workplace. The Offerings are intended for persons 18 years or older. Guides, instructions, recommendations, FAQs, restrictions and other documentation regarding the Offerings can be found at www.sprynkl.io. The Offerings will allow you and your team to share information. In addition, your team may become part of the account of the company, agency, or other organization which employs or engages you and has an enterprise subscription to the Offerings (“Organization”); in that case information may be shared with your team and your Organization.
Information we collect
Contact information:
We collect information from you as part of certain features on our Site, including identifying information you provide when sign up for our Offerings and create an account. The information we collect may include your name and email address.
IP Address, Cookies and other passive information:
Your IP address, page views and actions on our Site are collected. Tools employed on our Site may gather your IP address when you access the Site. Your IP address may indicate the city from which you are accessing the Internet, but we do not use your IP address in a manner linked to any other of your personally identifiable information. Third party tools employed on our Site may collect additional information from you, such as geographic area, operating system language, and inbound referral link.
The Sprynkl Site and Offerings collect the following passive information: the name and model of device you are using, and your network connection (WiFi or 3G). The application through which the Offerings are provided will require your permission to collect information from the following:
- Photo Gallery
- Camera
- Notifications
- Contact/Phonebook

Communications Content.
We process through our Offerings and store messages and other content that you post and send to other team members through the Offerings (“Communications Content”).
How we use information we collect
Generally. We may use any of the information we collect to support and service our Site and Offerings, and to perform services for you or your Organization once you or your Organization becomes a customer. If information we collect is aggregated or de-identified so it is no longer reasonably associated with an identified or identifiable natural person, we may use it for any business purpose. In addition to the general uses described above, the provisions below describe how we may use certain types of information we collect.
Contact information. We may use the contact information you input to create your account, to send you or your Organization support information, product and service announcements and other promotional communications.
IP Addresses, Cookies and Passive information. We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer, maintain and improve the Site and Offerings and to customize the Offerings based on your device. Please see our Cookie Policy for further information on how we and our partners use information associated with cookies.
Your Content: We may analyze the Communications Content together with usage data and other passive information and resulting aggregations using a variety of methods and may generate conclusions, evaluations, and other analyses based on these methods. This analytic data may include evaluations of your team’s performance using the Offerings. We will not publish this analytic data in a manner that identifies you as the source or that discloses the Communications Content or your account information without your prior consent.
How we may share information
We do not sell personally identifiable information collected via the Site or Offerings to third party marketers.
We may share your information with others if you instruct us to or where we obtain your consent.
Your Communications Content will be shared with other users of your team. Other users will also be able to see your username.
If your team is part of your Organization’s account, then we may share Communications Content, account information, usage data and analyses of these with your Organization. We are not responsible for your Organization’s use of any of the communications content, account information, usage data or analyses.
We may share your information with our corporate affiliates, parents and/or subsidiaries.
Third parties may operate or host the Site or the computers that operate the Site or Offerings, store or process data for us, and provide services part of or related to the Site or Offerings. We have agreements with these third parties that contain protections regarding use of your information. We currently use Amazon Web Services to host our Site and the Offerings. We also use Google Firebase for mobile application notification. We use Google Analytics and Woopra to analyze information collected via cookies (please see our Cookie Policy for more information).
We may also disclose your information, including personal information, for the following reasons:
- to ensure legal or regulatory compliance or protect against liability;
- to respond to or participate in judicial process;
- to the extent permitted under other provisions of law, to provide information to law enforcement agencies and for an investigation on a matter related to public safety, as applicable;
- to protect the security or integrity of the Site or Offerings;
- to protect the safety of users or others or security of the Site or Offerings;
- to protect our rights and property and the rights and property of others; and
- to correct technical problems and malfunctions in how we provide our Site and Offerings to you and to technically process your information.
Choice
Our intent is only to use your information in compliance with applicable law, and that includes giving you choice on how and if your personal information is used. You may have options about how the personal information that you provide us may be used. For example, you may unsubscribe from emails we send via a link or other method in those emails. Some of the purposes for which we use your personal information are described in this Privacy Policy. Some of the uses of your information are necessary for the service we provide through the Site, for the Offerings, or for the reason you provided us with the information, and if you don’t want your information used in certain ways, it may prevent you from using the service we provide on our Site or from receiving the Offerings.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure. We maintain or use third parties to maintain physical, electronic and managerial procedures designed to safeguard the information we collect through the Site. However, no information can be absolutely secure, and we can’t guarantee the security of any information that is the subject of this Privacy Policy or any information that is submitted to us via the Internet.
Updating and removing your information
We will let you update your contact information that you have provided to us through the methods available through the Offerings, such as your profile setting page. You may also contact us to change update or remove your information via the email address below. We will also take steps to make sure that any updates or removal requests that you provide are processed in a timely and complete manner. If you request that we remove your personal information, that may impact your ability to fully access the Site or receive our Offerings.
Location
We are located in the United States and Vietnam, so by providing us information, you are consenting to its transfer to us in those countries. Information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the United States, European Economic Area (“EEA”) or the country in which you are located. The personnel who use your information as part of the practices described in this Privacy Policy may also be located outside the United States, EEA or the country in which you are located. By submitting your personal information, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.
Retention
We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In general, if we have no other legitimate reason to continue using your personal information and you withdraw your permission, we will delete it. However, when you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may keep your email address to ensure that we do not send you any more marketing communications.
Updates
As noted above, we may periodically update this Privacy Policy. For example, we may update this policy in order to describe how new Web features may affect our use of your information and to let you know of new controls and features that we may provide you. We will not apply changes to this policy retroactively to information we have previously collected unless it offers you greater protection or choice.
